Blackhawks relies on volunteers to perform tasks essential to delivering a quality soccer experience. Serving on the board of directors, managing a team, maintaining fields, assisting coaches at younger ages groups are a few of the ways you can make a difference in the club. Some tasks require a fair amount of time, others do not. The important thing is to volunteer at a level that is comfortable for you.

Benefits to volunteering:

Kids love it when their parents volunteer.
Volunteering is a great behavior to model for your kids.
Volunteers are often the first get the "inside scoop" on what's going on.
Certain volunteer positions come with a registration fee discount!
It feels good.
